The Fu Manchu Jazz Servants is a authentic Jazz Hot Orchestra. The music they play is a link between the polyphonies of New Orleans jazz and the more advanced big band arrangements of the swing era.

Recorded in 2005, "Shanghai Shuffle" is the first and only work recorded to date by The Fu Manchu Jazz Servants, a sincere tribute to the most legendary band of the Pre-Swing period, the one led by the unique pianist-arranger Fletcher Henderson.
